Consent to Personal Data Processing
Version 2026-08-28.1. By submitting the form and separately checking the consent box, I freely and knowingly consent to TRANSPROMTORG LLC processing my personal data under the terms below.
1. Controller

2. Purpose
Review and qualification of my commercial or technical request, preparation of a response, quotation or RFQ, follow-up communications and steps needed to prepare or perform a possible transaction, and form security.
3. Data
Name, company, e-mail, phone or WeChat if provided, country, request content, selected scenario, files I upload, source page and limited browser technical information needed for security and request evidence.
4. Operations
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, authorised disclosure within the stated purpose, restriction, deletion and destruction by automated means and, where necessary, non-automated means.
5. Term
For a request that does not become a contractual relationship, consent applies until the purpose is achieved, consent is withdrawn or the general retention period expires — no more than 3 years after the last substantive interaction unless another period is required by law or for a specific lawful claim.
6. Withdrawal
Consent can be withdrawn by e-mailing ceo@fastwind.ru. Processing based specifically on consent will then cease and data will be destroyed within the legally required period unless another lawful ground permits continued processing.
7. Marketing
This consent is not consent to advertising or bulk marketing. Transactional confirmation and a response to the submitted request form part of processing that request.
8. Cross-border transfers
This consent is not unconditional permission to automatically disclose data to any foreign counterparty. Where a specific international transfer requires separate consent, the operator will request it separately or rely on another expressly permitted legal ground after completing the required procedures.
