Personal Data Processing Policy
Version 2026-08-28.1. This policy governs personal data received through fastwind.ru and processed by TRANSPROMTORG LLC.

2. Data processed
A website request may include name, company, e-mail, phone or WeChat, country, request text, request scenario, uploaded files, page path, browser information and limited technical data required for security and abuse prevention. Do not submit passport data, health information, biometric data or other special-category data unless Fast Wind specifically requests it for a defined lawful purpose.
3. Purposes
Request review and qualification, preparation of a response, quotation or RFQ, negotiation and transaction execution, transactional confirmation, website security, abuse prevention, legal compliance and protection of rights related to the request or contract.
4. Legal grounds
Depending on the operation, processing is based on the data subject’s consent, steps requested by the subject before entering into a contract, conclusion and performance of a contract, or another ground expressly permitted by applicable Russian law. The website consent is not used as consent for advertising mailings.
5. Processing operations and access
Processing may include collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, authorised disclosure, restriction, deletion and destruction to the extent required for the relevant purpose. Access is limited to personnel and processors who require it for the request, security, infrastructure or contractual performance.
6. Localisation and infrastructure
Where Russian localisation requirements apply, the operator ensures that the relevant collection and primary database operations for personal data of Russian citizens are performed using databases located in the Russian Federation. The production lead database and attachment storage must satisfy this requirement before production processing is opened.
7. Retention and destruction
Requests that do not become contractual relationships, together with related attachments, are generally retained for no more than 3 years after the last substantive interaction unless a longer period is required by law or for a specific claim. Contract-related records are retained for periods required by law and contractual obligations. Data is deleted or destroyed when the applicable legal grounds expire.
8. Cross-border transfers
Submitting the website form does not by itself cause automatic disclosure to a foreign supplier, buyer or other overseas counterparty. Before a cross-border transfer required for an international request, the operator completes the applicable Russian-law requirements, including required notifications, recipient/jurisdiction assessment and, where required, separate consent or confirmation of another lawful ground.
9. E-mail and processors
Production providers must be selected and configured consistently with localisation, confidentiality and security requirements. A foreign e-mail, cloud, analytics or CRM service may process personal data only after a separate legal assessment and completion of applicable cross-border-transfer requirements.
10. Data-subject rights
A data subject may request information about processing, correction, restriction or deletion and may withdraw consent where consent is the legal ground. Requests can be sent to ceo@fastwind.ru. Withdrawal does not prevent processing that may lawfully continue on another legal ground.
11. Cookies, logs and analytics
The site may use technical cookies, server logs and limited technical information for operation, security and diagnostics. Marketing analytics and advertising profiling are not enabled without a separate decision, legal basis and, where required, consent mechanism.
12. Security and policy changes
The operator applies legal, organisational and technical safeguards. The current policy version is published on this page; material changes receive a new version.
